Architecture & Key Features
Connect multiple devices simultaneously
Connect up to 100 devices of all types of industrial equipment via Ethernet, Serial or USB ports, using the equipment’s native protocols (e.g. Modbus, PROFINET, EtherCAT; EtherNet/IP etc.).
Persistent store-and-forward database
Integrated Flash memory extends the RAM based store-and-forward database to ensure data integrity for not only loss of Internet access, but also power-loss.
The offline period can be further extended by inserting a SD-Flash card.
Intelligent Data Collection Module
Collects data from field devices via e.g. Modbus OPC UA, CIP or S7, and pushes relevant data to popular clouds such as Azure, AWS, EcoStruxure Machine Advisor, Secomea DCC etc.
Easy & firewall friendly Internet access
Establishes access to the Internet through the firewall of the existing wired network infrastructure, and wirelessly by 4G/ LTE modem, or via WiFi.
Drag & drop SCADA tunnelling setup
LogTunnel support provides static tunnel connections to a central SCADA system, which operates concurrently with other services, such as on-demand access and data collection module.
3 port integrated managed switch
3 DEV/LAN ports configurable as bridged (normal switch) or individually managed ports with separate DHCP servers.
Industrial specifications
Secomea SiteManager hardware gateways are rugged aluminum devices designed with industrial specifications. They support all features required for operating as secure access gateways for industrial installations – from small machines to complete production lines and whole factories. All SiteManager hardware gateways are certified for global installations.
Flexible connectivity
The SiteManager hardware gateways support remote access to any type of physical communication port of industrial devices. They also support multiple Internet access options via USB adapters. This means any SiteManager can obtain Internet access via LAN, cellular or WiFi networks.
